Keith began his real estate career in 1991, and is very active in the DFW residential market. He is well known within the pre-owned as well as new construction community for his sales and marketing skills in selling residential, new and pre-owned homes as well as investment properties. He has been recognized internationally, having earned two of the most prestigious Re/Max International awards, Lifetime Achievement and Re/Max Hall of Fame. During his career he has sold over 2,000 + houses and developed his Team to include 8 Buyer Representatives and 2 Assistants. Keith cherishes the strong relationships he has built with his clients, local builders and investors throughout his career. He prides himself with the tremendous friendships and referral business he has developed in networking back and forth within his customer base. Customer satisfaction is his "Top Priority", and when he's not out listing or selling houses you will find Keith on the golf course or on a boat.

Sherry is a Reno Nevada native but has been living in Texas for 12 years. She is the proud mother of 3 children who keep her busy. Sherry is actively involved with her kids extra curricular activities. Sherry has been the Office Manager on Keith's team for over 7 years. Sherry will guide you through the entire listing and selling process, by answering questions and attending to clients concerns. She is highly respected and appreciated by team members and clients. Her work ethic and driving force to get it all done has resulted in over 2,000 home sales, “What would we do without you” is a phrase Sherry hears frequently. Sherry is also a licensed realtor.

Casey was born and raised in East Texas but has been living in Dallas for 6 years. Casey joined the team not only as a REALTOR but as our “Tech Man”. Casey’s strong problem solving skills directed him towards a 10 year career as a senior software and hardware designer for several start up firms. Throughout his career Casey developed 2 US patents for Siemens and his contributions have resulted in products for companies such as Iomega, Siemens, Microsoft, SBC and Adaptec. Casey’s business perspective is all about service and customer satisfaction. He’s not happy until you are happy. Casey’s years in the business has given him the experience and knowledge to assist you with all your real estates needs. Whether it’s finding you your dream home, getting you the best loan, or helping you get the most out of selling your home Casey will be there every step of the way. Outside of real estate Casey invests in several different technological and banking interests, so if you have questions about various investment opportunities he’s the one to ask. Casey is also an Instrument Rated pilot and avid scuba diver, logging over 500 open water dives. He is an expert snow skier and frequents Park City, UT (ask him about real estate there). Casey is proud to be a Dallas Stars fan and is a true ice hockey player. To unwind Casey enjoys cooking, collecting (sometimes drinking) wine, spending quality time with his wife and daughter.

Betsy Smith, the only UT Longhorn on Keith’s team, is a native Texan and lived in Austin and Florida most recently. Raised in Dallas, Betsy Smith felt it would be a great move to get back to her old stomping grounds and get into the real estate business. With a background in teaching and selling newspaper advertising, Betsy has been told by many around her, “you really should get into real estate” so that is exactly what she did. It is said that teachers, nurses, and flight attendants make the best realtors because they are detail oriented, organized, and know how to plan and these traits are what make up this fiery redhead. Betsy lives in Frisco with her husband and daughter and when not selling real estate, she is spending time with her family, attending her local church, or trying to stay fit. She is known for her extraordinary service and dedication in this business, by listening to her clients with an open ear and putting them first and foremost. She is very enthusiastic about where she is today and looks forward to her future ahead.

Karen is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson for Re/Max Dallas Suburbs. In April 2008, Karen moved back to her Home-Sweet-Home Lone Star State of Texas; prior to joining the Keith Dobbs’ Team in May 2008, she was a Licensed Associate Broker / Buyer Specialist / Realtor® professional for Campbell and Campbell Real Estate Services in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she was the 2007 Top Real Estate Rookie of the year for The Campbell Team / Ron Campbell, Qualifying Broker. From the mid-80s until 2003, Karen was instrumental in the creation of a financial advisory company that grew from $0 under management in 1992 to more than $113,000,000 and over 100 clients in 2000. Her responsibilities included developing corporate vision, overseeing client services, fostering strong relationships, conducting meetings, reviewing account forms and assessing investment applications. She left her Investment Advisor / Office Manager / Co-Owner career to transfer her strong background into a Real Estate environment. One of the first things that you will notice about Karen is her overflowing compassion to help homebuyers find their perfect home, and, if needed, she will quickly emerge and get involved to develop a strategic and organized “house-hunting” plan-of-action. In addition, Karen is a Listor who assists in obtaining listings from property owners who want a personal service contract with ReMax Dallas Suburbs / Keith Dobbs to find a buyer for their particular property. Karen is extremely motivated and results-driven; she has a Christian heart and loves her family, and she would love to earn your trust and help make your dream come true!
